This place is WAY more trouble than the service is worth. I do not recommend it.
My primary complaint about this place is that they outsource their accounts to a big agency. Don't expect anyone at the location to be able to answer a question about your membership or account because "We don't handle accounts and payments here".
THEN, a whole month later, I see an automatic payment drafted from my account for $43. So, I call and talk to the account people and I get "Oh well we require a 30 day notice to cancel any account, so that was your drafted payment for this month."
I only tanned. Nothing else. And although I never found the facilities to be dirty, I just thought it was a little cheaper that they only provided paper towels to wipe yourself off with and you had to buy your own goggles. They also changed their hours multiple times, which was a minor inconvenience.
After that, I was pretty much done. So, I decided to cancel my account. Of course, they directed me to this other company who told me I'd need to pay these fees and those fees to cancel the account... about another $200. And I had to send an email to finalize it. They wouldn't just do it over the phone.

TWICE I got screwed over because of this. The first time, my debit card expired. I got a new one and called them to have them add the new card to my account. They assured me they would add the information... Two months later, I'm getting phone calls from bill collectors telling me I'm past due. I ended up being forced to pay nearly $300 in late fees because they continued trying to bill my old card.
I only had a membership with Total Lodge Spa for a few months and was NOT impressed.
