I bought shoes from this store yesterday with the offer buy one get one 50% off. And my mom changed her mind so we went in today to return it. My mom isn't good at english so i was explaining her everything but the person who was attending us. (SUSAN) IT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HER!!!!!!. She was just overreacting about everything. Her exact words when i asked her to explain everything to me were OMG!! . She was just getting really annoyed.i mean that's not how you treat a customer. NEVER GOING BACK!
I've been in sales/customer service and management for quite a few years now so I know how important feedback on your experience as a consumer can be, which is why I am writing quickly after our visit. My husband and I visited the store on 5/16 after his parents recommended this store for their purchase. We only had the intention of purchasing a pair for each of us, but after the way Monica (store manager) treated us we decided to buy 4 more pairs for the kids! I never knew something so small like buying shoes could be such a personable warm experience like she gave our family. She knew her products, colors, and how to find the best match based on each of our walking/running/playing needs. With 8 people in our family total including 5 school aged kids we will constantly need new shoes. My in laws purchase shoes very frequently as well and will be returning for their needs from now on too! I recommend Monica and staff at Rack Room to everyone and anyone needing shoes! I guarantee you won't be buying shoes anywhere else anymore. Thanks Monica!
