I brought my daughter and grandaughter it cost 195.00 I talked to belinda it she said it would cost my grandaughter 61 and my daughter was 95 it still doesn't add up it cost extra for long hair? Someone should go over the prices with everyone this week I have spent 191.00 and 22.00 and 71.00 now I won't be back on my way to find another hairdresser
Well she did get that. And everything she described she wanted she didn't get. Her stylist was even frustrated when my mother was trying to tell her what she wanted, but the stylist had no patience. Then her stylist said that she HATED her hair parted down the midldle. Like seriously ? her hair doesn't part any other way. You were very clear from the get go that you had no ideas for her hair and now all of a sudden you want to throw in your two sense about how YOU like her hair parted. Come on. There are many styles these days and trust me, parting your hair down the middle hasn't gone out.
My mother wasn't sure exactly what she wanted but knew that she wanted her hair off of her neck.
I went in with the picture of the cut that I wanted and specified how much I wanted cut off didn't notice how bad it was till I got home showered and straightened it, I am now regretting coming here... Have never felt so depressed over a haircut...will never be going back again. I am 24yrs old and look like I'm 13 with the haircut I got.
My experience at fantastic sams was not only terrible but a waste of six hours. I came into this salon expecting to get exactly what i asked for. I was not only filled with disgust but anger when i got my hair dyed. I asked for platinum blonde with purple underneath, instead i got what i assume was supposed to be an ombre and or balayage. This ombre was boxy and patchy you could see where she had failed to dye pieces. What however angered me more was explaining to her how much i was disgusted by how i looked. She then had the audacity to tell me she did a great job. We then debated she asked me what i would like to do to fix it in a snide tone . She asked me if i just wanted to dye it back to regular color and charge me $100 in a Snyder tone . I found that absolutely ridiculous and redundant i have not only just spent 6 hours in the establishment but im going to be charged for them screwing up my hair. This was the worst customer service and dying job i have ever had.
I brought my sweet mother to come get a haircut blow dry and style from this location, and from the get go they were nothing but rude to her and me.

If you want a great hair cut or color you need to make an appointment with Angel. She is the best hair dresser I have found in a long time and I do not go any where else since I have started using her 3 years ago. I get so many compliments from women & Men when it comes to my hair cut.
Seriously if you want a great job done and no complaints or misery over your hair cut or color, you should schedule your next appointment with Angel. You can't walk in and get her to cut your hair it has to be an appointment cause she is just that darn good!
We will Never be returning to this location ever again.
