Great workout and fun!
I've recently discovered that boxing is my jam. Doesn't even feel like an hour because the time (and sweat) flys!
I love TBC's workouts... however, this is not my favorite location. It is conveniently located, but they do not offer as many classes as other Fort Worth locations. Also, the building is only open when classes are taking place so there is no access to the fitness equipment throughout the day.
Great place for an intense workout!
