The store is very clean. Its very organized. Staff was involved and professional. I enjoyed the visit.
Black Friday. You know that it's going to be busy. At one point, line I was in ,only two people checking us out. Not sure I will visit this store again.
(4 stars only because women's footwear and handbags are usually a disaster zone :/)
Delores one of the cashiers was very friendly and explained to us everything about using our Kohl's card. She was really helpful. The store was clean and you can find some really good deals.
Jamie assisted me at customer service and in the checkout line. There were other customers in front of me both times and I noticed she was patient, positive, and had an all around great attitude -- genuinely greeting each person, informing them of the rewards program, Kohl's cash amounts, their total and how much they saved on their purchase(s), etc. I'm a very frequent Kohl's shopper so I've heard the 'speeches' constantly but again, Jamie's delivery seemed very personable and genuine -- great employee and/or manager!
I had a great shopping experience. And for most men,i think is unusual. It was very pleasant and i received help when i needed it....And that goes along ways in my book. I would like to say thanks to the nice,helpful staff...
