We were in Fort Worth enjoying our time in the "Big City". As luck would have, we call it Brown luck, we ran over a fork, literally, in the road which caused our tire to begin to deflate rapidly. Another piece of Brown luck was about to strike yet again. Discount Tire has a party twice a year and they close at 1pm on the Saturday of the party. Yup, you guessed it, that is today!!! We pulled in their parking lot at 1:17 pm. Luckily, Josh, obviously their star employee (I could tell by the ribbing he was getting from three other guys), opened the locked door because he noticed our tire was completely flat. They put 4 brand new Michelins on our car at NASCAR pit stop speed and got us on our way!!!! Amazing service as always from Discount. There's a reason I've been a customer since 1989.
Fixed my flat for free! Good place. Good staff. Wednesday 9am, time to get only a flat fixed: 2 hours, 19 minutes. More than double the estimated time given.
Clean facility, courteous and professional staff and reasonable waiting times. They finished fixing my leaking tire faster than projected and even explained what had caused the issue. They honor their tire warranties and have fair prices when you need to purchase new. I have used them a couple of times over the years for two different vehicles.
